i bought these for my teenage boys...they love them...soft comfy cotton don't ride up on them during active sports...leg portions not tight (as is depicted in the photo--thank goodness) and flexible/stretch out to just right.
Awesome fit for simple boxerbriefs with just the right amount of support. These allow great freedom of movement without being too tight in the legs. JUST LOSE THE TAG!! It itches and really takes away from the rest of the underwear experience.
I bought these skivvies for my bf and he loves them and wears them more than his other undies. Now I have to buy more because these are comfortable not bulky and they accommodate him in a way that doesn't have him swinging from the rafters. ;)
I own several pairs of these boxer-briefs and wear them daily! I like the vertical fly better than the Y front - they are comfortable supportive and hold their shape all day. Another bonus - they last wash after wash. I use them for daily wearing under dress clothes and at thte gym. These are tighty-whities most guys would approve of!
Very comfortable boxer briefs but could use a bit more support. Overall a good product at a good price. The waistband is good but not as good at Jockeys Elance?? Boxer Briefs or Pouch Boxer Briefs. Like the Elance and Pouch they ride perfectly not riding up too high or too low but right on the true waist level. When I'm just standing in jeans all the waistband and about 1/4 to 1/2 of fabric show. Perfect to me. Unlike the Elance and Pouch the waistband is narrower and can roll up around the belly or sides if doing allot leaning and bending. Generally it doesn't but can.Leg openings are very good. Not tight but not too loose. The back and outer sides can roll up if you're putting on tight jeans but regular or looser fitting jeans or other pants it doesn't roll up. Like the Elance the inter thigh area can ride up a bit but not allot and generally not noticeable. The fabric is soft and very comfortable but somewhat loose reducing support. The material is stretchy like normal briefs. Unlike the Pouch which offers great support these are bagger fitting and tend to stretch out little over time around the crotch. I'm athletic and frequent hiking dirt biking snowboarding running paintball basketball etc. When doing these my junk tends to move around get jarred and even chaffed so don't recommend these boxers when doing hard core sports or physical work. The Elance is better but the Pouch is best. I buy medium which is 32-34 waste but my waste is actually 31-32 so this might be part of the looseness of the fabric but certainly not all.I wear them for regularly for work some play around the house and sleep. Not enough support for my junk at the gym or hard core sports. Overall they're comfortable. Waistband and leg opening feels and sits nicely. Little to no riding and rolling.Material is very comfortable breaths well and good in the hot or cold weather. Some odd color options in multi packs. Maybe more and better color options would be nice. Solid with solids. Stripes with stripes. Overall good boxer briefs for casual and day to day use.-Ryan
I love the style and comfort. They stay secure on the legs which cannot be said for other styles/brands. The one complaint is that Jockey seems to have gotten rid of some of the color options. I loved the royal blue and the red but they appear to no longer be an option. This bugs me enough to begin looking at the competition. As a previous reviewer stated the 3-pack offers a color option that perhaps is less than desirable...
This is a perfect clothing item for military personnel. No panty lines in fitted uniforms. Great fit and comfort in a flightsuit. Keeps everything in place during high-G flight maneuvers. Breathable in desert and tropic environments. Very durable and wearable! I agree with others...solid colors like dark blue red and cobalt blue would be appreciated...other solids should be available in single 2-pack or 3-pack options. How about camo???
Over all the best boxer brief I have found and enjoy the feeling of wearing them all day. I have found the legs can ride up with bending over alot. The only boxer brief that i have found that the legs do not stretch out over time.
I have been sad for years ever since Jocky cheapened their product. I went to Brand TH made by Jocky for many years and bought 5 years worth of shorts when Jocky stopped making them. Now I am stuck with the less quality less thread count Jocky until I can find a new brand. I have been wearing Jocky or Brand T for 30 years. I am a brand loyal person but all relationships must end.
The legs on these briefs shrunk after first wash. This causes them to ride up and not stay at mid-thigh level; affecting comfort level. I've always worn Jockey boxer briefs and some maintain their leg length while others do not. I wash them in cold water and tumble dry them in low heat. It must be the batch of cotton used to make them.
I have worn Jockey for over 30 years. I have say I'm disappointed in this product. The cloth is not as soft as I would have expected from Jockey the leg openings are tighter than they should be. In the past two years I have purchased like products from a competitor that markets to the discount stores. I have to say for the value I like those better. After two years of washing and wearing those still hold up.
The legs on this boxer brief are one of the shortest on the market---the fit as shown makes it appear to be standard. At best the legs are as long as a trunk style and while the leg bands are somewhat tight the overall shape of the crotch and the rest of the garment stretches out during the day to become more like a boxer short with tight leg bands. The legs are not nearly as long nor as comfortable as other all cotton/mostly cotton brands. A recommendation would be to return a y-front midway to the mix but with colors; I've been seeking international sources for this product. The color choices and the attractive stripes are great but I prefer other Jockey products. BEWARE: all Jockey boxer brief product lengths mirror the trunk length of other manufacturers. The Midway is the best standard boxer brief length EXCEPT in the pouch line where they are to the knee.
I have a 35 1/2 waist. You would think buying boxer briefs that are supposed to be for 36-38 should provide me a good and maybe even a little loose fit. Not these I can barely get the legs over my thighs (i have thin thighs too) they are so tight and the waist is so tight that I wonder with someone with a 37 or 38 waist would do?I think I know why the packages I bought were 35% off there's no way these fit a 36-38 properly.Beware of buying their product if it's on sale it just may be that there irregular.
The waist fits good the leg openings fit good but the front area is to loose and offers no support. When I bought a three pack of these I got a free modern classic boxer brief which I like very much. How do I return the classic boxer brief and get them replaced with more modern classic boxer briefs.
Bought my usual size (L 36-38 = which is usually ok in many of your styles; but would prefer you made a 34-36) Tried one on too too big. Called. Rep suggested washing. Did in hot water with high temp dry. Helped only a little still too big. Other style (Euro mesh L) fit perfectly. Suggest you uniform your sizes across all styles. Too hard to know which size to buy without experiencing first. Too much hassle to buy try and have to return.
Hard to get correct size due to shrinkage. Medium becomes way too tight and large doesn't shrink enough with washing. I now have 6 that don't fit - 3 way too tight and 3 way too large. Medium size in older styles use to be just right.
