Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Jockey.ca. If you need to return your purchase, use the Return Form included with your order and complete the following steps:

1. Fill Out Return Information

It is important for us to know the reason you are returning your merchandise. Please print this return authorization form, fill in your order number, return reason code, and any feedback you'd like to share. Be sure to return this sheet with the merchandise you are returning (it will ensure faster credit.)

2. Fill Out Return Address

Included with your order was a prepaid return label. Fill out your name and address and then affix the label to the center/outside of your package. Be sure the label adheres to the packaging material you return to us. Also be sure that any address labels from previous shipments are removed or crossed out. Included with the label is a tracking sticker you can retain for your records.

3. Send Your Package

Leave your package in a secure place where you normally receive mail, or drop it off at any mailbox or post office. Your package will be returned to us via Canada Post and your account will be credited in a timely manner.

Note: You will need a copy of Adobe's free Acrobat Reader Software to use the Printable Return Authorization Form.
